5 Ways to Change your mindset just after failure
Failures in life is continous process to examin and re-examine of how smartly you can handle the pressure and maintain the audacity of character and surroundind till the conclusion
It’s very rare to observe this but believe me “God talks to us in form of stories ”
The stories which are happening around every second , meeting with new person , getting to a new place , losing someone , re-uniting with someone , getting a new opportunity it’s all because our prayers are being answered
So how all these can help us transit our mindset after the trauma or failures . Let’s see
1. Don’t break communication
The default behaviour of human being is to detach themselves as fast they could from everything and everyone but this impacts the mind badly . Since we as human our stored memories related to failure to dissipate we need real humans to talk and not the walls in a locked room
Through my counselling sessions , I had recommended many of them to spend time with pets if possible because that’s the best choice if you don’t wanna smell human beings for few time
