Recently, I noticed a troubling trend: almost 80% of transactions for individuals between 18–35 years are dominated by online food orders through platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and similar apps. This reliance on convenient, home-delivered food is quickly turning into a silent epidemic that could have drastic consequences on our health, economy, and society.
